Unlike other agencies Alex looks after both sellers and buyers with great integrity. He works tirelessly to know what is happening at all times along the chain and makes sure everyone is informed. His unique approach as well as his knowledge of the property market made an otherwise stressful process manageable. It would be difficult to find a better estate agent to sell or buy.

Well, what can I say? It's very hard to reach perfection but Alex pulls out all the stops!With experience of other estate agents, Alex manages to beat them hands down on all aspects of house selling.You have only to browse this site to experience the amazing photography.Within a couple of days of meeting him, Alex had queued up buyers and we rapidly had two offers. How he finds the time, I don't know, but communication is first rate and this has always been my bugbear of all other agents. He has kept up to date throughout the selling process, chasing and prodding solicitors when necessary, and has always responded to messages and questions, almost immediately.Alex is well worth every penny, and I couldn't recommend him more highly.
Alex is a brilliant and unique Estate Agent, very efficient but friendly too. His service is second to none, conducting all viewings himself and instant feedback. He followed our sale through to completion every week and was always available to help with queries. He showed more buyers around our property in the first week or so than a national chain had done in the previous six months. There are other Agents that are cheaper but Alex works hard for his fee and is the best Estate Agent we have ever dealt with in all our years of buying and selling property.
