When we were stranded in the area, the Woodmans Cottage Inn came to our rescue last minute! We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms behind the pub, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They really took care of us and made sure that we were settled and comfortable, and the full English breakfast the next morning was exactly what we needed! We would definitely recommend this spot not only for the rooms and the delicious food, but also for the staff who were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make a couple of frantic travellers feel at home. Thank you!

Great food excellent service, lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend going for lunch or evening meal, we were a party of seven and we all enjoyed the food. The staff were great good sense of humour very pleasant evening had by all, not overpriced in my opinion spot on. Will definitely be going back.
