Like many vets they can be expensive and as they employ a lot of vets from overseas their staff turnover is high.
Very nice place, friendly staff, and professional attitude. I will go there every time from how on. I'm happy i have found this place! There is a romanian vet as well, so if your dog or cat knows romanian, like my dog, is the perfect place for them!
Went to the vets on Saturday as our Lab had a sore ear. Vet was brilliant, took 10 minutes, two injections and a bill of 214.43. The item on the bill that has shocked us is Noroclav 500mg where we were charged 75.82 for 20 ( only received 15 because they were out of stock. These tablets on line cost 0.22 each + VAT. I queried the price on the phone in case it was an input error but was assured that the price charged was correct. Anyone using this vet needs to be very wary. We are certainly taking our pet to another vet in future. Disgusted, they even forgot to phone to advise the 5 missing tablets were in stock.
Took my cat to have his nails clipped, found out he was actually two different cat ends welded together. Had to be put down that day. Luckily they had another cat that looked exactly the same, which they kindly sold to me for 400.Excellent service, and fast euthanisation!
