Nice Staff, Nice Food
Great choice for getting Chinese, their food is delicious and their service is fast, the only thing I can fault them for is communication issues just make sure you speak clearly and their will be no problems
Gone from 5 stars to 1 star. They missed two items from our order, which they charged us for. Picked up our food at 7pm then travelled back home (about 6 miles) to discover we had missing items. Called them immediately. This was a large order, and one of the items was a main. Therefore, this meant one parties entire meal was completely missing. As we were unable to go straight back to pick up the items, the person I spoke to on the phone said I could come back later for a refund. When I did go back, just before closing, one of the owners tried to fob me off with extra chow mein and chips - the person I spoke to earlier was not there. We already had and shared our dinner hours before. I just want the money back, to keep aside for those who went without. I'm absolutely disgusted with this place, they have charged for items we did not receive and are refusing to reimburse us. They can keep one star for the food because the food is great, but the service has turned terrible. They even admitted that it was their mistake when I had called but last night when trying to get OUR MONEY the lady behaved as if though it was our fault. What's worse is I've easily spent this money again in petrol and this was a birthday treat for a family member. We all paid our equal share for food amongst us and evenly shared the remaining food - which meant smaller portions for everyone. How could we not considering it was a disabled family members meal that was missing, which for him was very upsetting as he can rarely afford such treats. Therefore, I refuse to take some 'free' food for myself as they were later suggesting. She tried to order this food for me several times with the kicthen to avoid listening and the last time she disappeared I just left. No wonder they are only set up for cash orders. We are never ever using them again, they've lost some good regular customers.

Great main meal. Starters not so nice. Toilets very poor. Disabled loo shut. Had to go to restaurant next door . Disappointed. It was my 70th family meal
