I've found a car parking place, each time I have visited, on the crescent. Drop down pavement outside with automatic doors. Screens available at different heights, for children and wheelchair users. Taking out and renewing books easy. Have not needed to request a book or borrowed a DVD or CD, but this looks easy too. The staff are available to register you for a library card and give help. You just need a bill with your name and address or driving license or something similar. Both members of staff I have spoken to have been friendly and helpful. Computers seem very popular. Children's area has chairs for them to sit and enjoy the books. There are activities for each child dependent on their age. Encouraging reading and writing about books.
