AVOID AVOID. THE REAL VALUE WILL BE KNOWN WHEN YOU CALL FOR BREAKDOWN.I wish I give less than that. I had breakdown cover with this company. My car tyre was flat on cold January day at 1pm in London street when I was visiting London with a child. I called breakdown help line. The guy took all details and said as they are busy it takes 1 hr. The breakdown guy came after 1.30min with very bad attitude and said " did u call for this flat tyre, I have to come from 60miles for this". I was shocked by attitude. Then he said wheel have a locked wheel nuts, can you give me the key. I said I don't have any key. He said he can't do anything and drove off. I have taken that CAR to garage before for tyre change, they never asked for the key. Then I googled local mobile mechanic and he came and changed the tyre and said my car DON'T HAVE LOCKED WHEEL NUTS. I was shocked. Local mechanic charged me 50 for the service.WE ARE IN THE COLD OUTSIDE WITH CHILD FOR 3 HOURS. IT WAS WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THEY DON'T HAVE SYMPATHY AT ALL.Then I called and sent several emails , guess what the company response was I DID NOT GAVE KEY WHICH I DON'T HAVE FOR THE WHEEL AND THEY WILL CHARGE 95 CALL OUT CHARGE.After few email arguments the company said we will waive 95 callout charge.Don't buy from this company because it gives you cheap quote. The real value will be known when you actually need them.WHERE CAN I GET A KEY FOR LOCKED WHEEL NUTS IF MY CAR DONT HAVE A LOCKED WHEELS. CAN YOU EXPLAIN PLEASE........
Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.not only do they throw every possible obstacle in your way when you try to make a claim it is virtually impossible to get through to them, no matter which phone number or option you choose you simply get through to a claims handling company who cannot assist you with your enquiry. they never return email ( i have been waiting for over 3 weeks now ) and never deliver on any deadline that they set, my claim has now been going on for over 6 months and is still not resolved..just pay a little more and go else ware. you get what you pay for with insurance and you would be better off throwing your money down the drain than use 2gether insurance
Took out a years policy paid upfront for my mobile home at a cost of 470, sold the vehicle to my surprise after a week of advertising so I cancelled the policy with 11 months still remaining. 2 months later there was no news regarding the refund I was due. Called them up and they eventually got the accounts dept to organise a refund of 58.00p. I am not a genius when it comes to maths but that is nowhere near the 11 months I still had left. Now I understand things like this incur admin fees etc, but that is taking liberties! I will be seeking further advice on this matter. I recommend you keep away from this company. If this is how they deal with refunds for cancelling a policy, one can only imagine their attitude towards paying after an incident! Absolutely disgusting.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY , very bad customer service. We called them for assistance and they never come to help . Simply they just want take your money .
Absolute pirate companyDemanded auto-renewal to be took off last year, still continued to do this just now. After going back and forth with this, they're claiming I renewed my policy. The are unable to provide me any proof or receipt this was the case and are refusing to send me any proof of this. Won't also offer me a refund and also had the wrong vehicle registration and email down for me aswell! Jackie in the office also hung up the phone on me after me asking for proof of this being renewed and mentioning poor customer service, also refused to give me a last name when I wanted to complain. Don't touch with a barge pole, clearly looking at their most recent reviews their customer service operatives are failing miserably, I have a customer service background and would be happy to teach them how to deal with customers rather than robbing off them.
