They are only getting a 1 star review because minus 1000000000000000 stars isnt an option. They gave my friend medication that put her in pain and then refused to help her in another way. Refused to refer her to multiple other healthcare professionals when they say she needed it and have misdiagnosed her multiple times.
Very annoyed to find the surgery closed at 6 pm when I went to collect my medication. Both the website and the sign on the door advertise that they are open till 6.30pm

So yesterday had several phone calls from my GP surgery telling me that Dr Blundell wanted to see me with no reason given. Found this suspicious as they would not give me a reason.Went to the appointment and she tells me that she's going to note down that I'm suicidal which I'm not so she can refer back to adult social services which I don't want or need. I argued with her for good ten minutes , she was made aware that this could impact my gender treatment through the NHS greatly and stop my treatment entirely including my reassignment surgery which I'm seeing my surgeon for next month. She simply did not care and got Transphobic on telling me it's my medication causing me to feel like this. I was horrified so I walked out the appointment and started the complaints procedure at reception only to find that she's still went ahead and wrote it down on my file. Now they won't remove this from my file doing 3 years of damage. So don't trust Upwell Health Centre as they're transphobic. I will see this in court.
