I have always found the staff to be very polite and helpful.
I wonder is there a special course for rude and unhelpful Doctors receptionist's? Appointment system is essentially a fight for who gets through first, or a telephone consultation. A really poor service.
On the whole I think the service is very good, never had a complaint with reception or doctors. It does seem they could use another GP as appointments seem to take 2 weeks to book. I prefer booking on their online system, much easier.
Stupid appointments system, if you don't ring at 830 you can't have an appointment, reception staff sometimes not the friendliest and some of the Dr's are rude too. Shame because some staff are great
The reception staff at this practice are disrespectful and rude, with no customer service whatsoever. No matter who's on the desk you can be assured to be greeted with an attitude. If you want to treat people badly and with contempt, don't work in health care, people are relying on you for their health, appalling behavior.
