Kind Staff and always talkative. At times staffing can be on the short side but that is part of buisness, it happens everywhere. Can't complain about a wait as 1. It's part of life, 2. When have you ever gone to Argos to buy something and not been given a recipt with a wait time? That is how argos works, and i have never waited longer than 8 minuites for an item to be brought out even with short staffing. I have spent a lot longer waiting at McDonalds for 'Fast Food' so i am extremely satisfied.
Has all been revamped, however the service has not been! I arrived an hour after placing my order online and was pleased to see only 1 person waiting ahead of myself and 3 staff at the front, it should of been a quick in and out job I thought smugly, I was wrong, only Argos could keep me there for almost half an hour, the man putting the stuff down the conveyor disappears half way through, then the other lad who originally served me 25 minutes earlier had just come back from the shop with sandwiches, then he comes over to say he will get the rest which was just sitting on the end of the belt, I was tempted to jump over the counter and get it myself. Argos, you suck big time.
Good product range brought a new TV from here and had to buy TV bracket but had no instructions went back in staff member found them online and gave me link so could print them at home. Good prices
Had an eBay item sent here as it was given as an option. They refused to take delivery thus delaying my item 2/3 days. Not sure why the service was offered when they refuse it for being too heavy to lift or too large when the dimensions and weights are on the shipping details. Really not impressed as these were shock absorbers for my car and now have to be without my car. The staff were not helpful saying I should try tommorow and see what happens.
