Had a problem with my car window as it was stuck down. They managed to put this back up for me and now just need to get it fixed again.

Superb, honest and reliable service:One month ago I bought a 2008 VW Polo from Michael Wicks Garage. A superb condition vehicle at a great price. The test drive revealed a couple of minor issues which were attended to immediately, prior to purchase. After a week or so after collecting the vehicle, I noticed another minor problem - a knock when the brakes were applied, which is perhaps to be expected in a 10 year old car. I reported this to Rob at Michael Wicks and he immediately acted to resolve the issue, without any quibble or delay. I am now delighted with my purchase and the vehicle is running perfectly. This is a motor trader from the Old School. Honest, reliable, trustworthy and a breath of fresh air in the cut-throat world of second hand motor sales. I would have no hestiation in buying from them again and am delighted that I have dealt with such an honourable company. Great cars, great prices and great service. What more can I say?
Drove all the way from Cornwall to pick up a car i had bought from them and was supposed to collect it before they shut, but due to traffic arrived over an hr late. They waited over an hr for me to turn up and sort out insurance etc and also made me a coffee. Fantastic service and well worth the journey. Love the car, thanks guys! Highly recommended!
