I was involved in a major car accident with a lorry, my car was taken here. Went to collect my personal bits and pieces from my car, they said they had checked everywhere in the car for everything!!! I was wrong, being a main dealer you would think they would of checked the boot properly WRONG.... Juke has a triple layer boot!!! Over 400 worth of first response kit, completely missed, not happy. Management where not very sympathetic, which added to my stress...... Customer care needs looking into at this dealership, NO phone call as promised to say they had managed to find my belongings.... Managed to get all my kit back from salvage company instead who were very helpful and understanding.....
Friendly staff from the top down, couldn't be happier with my Leaf.
Great sales staff, couldn't be more helpful. Management and office leave a lot to be desired if they ever bother getting back to you! Now happy with my Toyota from Listers instead.
