Avoid like the plague very rude only interested in selling not bothered about after sales sold the insignia in a 60 plate which they now have up for sale avoid this car at all costs has a dodgy gear box told the car was in perfect condition no faults when sold me it. Massive lie had to major problems .Told me they would sort issue with new gear box another lie it was a second hand one I refused point blank to have it fitted bunch of cow boys

Friendly and very professional, bought a 10 yr old car from them which had a couple of advisories; brake discs, pads and tyres; which they changed for me, no troubles. However other problems have cropped up; rear electric window and 6CD player not working, cruise control/speed limiter doesn't work; also an oil leak occured within the first month which they told me could be fixed under warranty, I'll post an update when anything happens, otherwise car drives well. Thanks to Clair, Zoe & Josh (engineer)I've been issued with a courtesy car while mine is in for repairsUpdate 1Rear electric window has been fixed, 6CD player has been looked at, not sure whether it's fixed. Oil leak not sure what is going on regarding that as I've not heard anything yet apart from they need to do some type of diagnostics tests.Update 2Oil leak has been sorted and a replacement part has been sorted out under warranty,I chose to have the 6CD player removed as I can get a replacement Final Update Took the courtesy car and went to pick up my car today and all good, all problems have been sorted out, yes it took a month but that's because there were issues regarding sourcing the spare parts and sorting out the repair under warranty. Yep all good no oil leak and all windows work a treat, 6CD changer removed Couldn't be happier with my purchase again Many thanks to Donna and the team they went above and beyond
