I'm in the process of cancelling my delivery pass with Asda, their customer service is disgusting. I've been a customer for a long time, and I won't be shopping online or in store with them again. Their products are becoming more difficult to buy, and they repeatedly deliver out of date and damaged groceries with poor substitutes, along with miserable drivers.
A good size store and usually has a reasonable selection.Unfortunately the car park area nearest the road is prone to flooding. Not deep enough to affect the car but enough to soak your shoes. Be warned.
Absolutely disgusting customer service this evening. Very rude staff. And trying to sell cakes that run out of date from the reduced section at full price. Then tried to charge double the price for clothing when it was marked up at half price in there sale. Watch yourself people. They are scamming you!
I have shopped at Wisbech Asda since it opened and prefer to because of the varity of brands available and choices but also the friendly staff across the whole team from security to shelf fillers to checkout operators, many l feel at ease to chat and banter with because they all so nice, the store is always clean and tidy too l honestly dont want to shop anywhere else
Crossed the border and up to wisbech to see family and a quick outing to Another great store plenty to offer under the one roof , plenty of offers on products and shelves replenished . Toilets and other amenities including baby changing are clean and tidy including disabled toilets , plenty of space to push trolls and prams around and a nice change to a different lay out and don't let it out you off great store , staff are friendly and helpful and answering questions.
