After having my young lads bike booked into Halfords on the Saturday morning and being told we couldn't get it fixed until maybe the Monday we decided to try elsewhere.Luckily we found this place. A massive thank you to the chap running this place, he went above and beyond his station to get our bike fixed. He didn't have the part but upon seeing our dissapointment suggested he could fix it with a part from a new bike he had.We had the bike back the same day by 3pm! Awesome service, and cheap. New pedal arms and cog 20! Realigned gears too.We'll be back in the spring for a new bike.Thank you so much!
This is an sole Owner run shop, fantastic 1 to 1 service by a very knowledgeable owner, who I believe will do his upmost to kit you out, repair or give advice on which ever cycle related product youre after.(Comparing it to the 460 stores run by Halfords, of which 430 are superstores, is very laughable)
Got diamondback sync 1.0 and parts for it which turn out to be half the price in halfords. Discount cycles is just taking as much money from you as it can. I wouldnt recomend
Always been far cheaper and quicker at repairs than Halfords
Got my first 'decent' road bike here at a very good price. The customer service was excellent. I've subsequently taken the bike back for a service which was completed promptly and the problems I'd had with it were rectified. Would recommend a trip to this LBS over hit-and-miss Halfords any day of the week.
